After finishing my bachelors at Stony Brook University (Go Seawolves) with Major In Economics And Minor In chemistry/premed! My passion has always been to help other people and it was then that I decided to purse medical school. It was in my “Gap year” that I decided to jump in and do real estate to help out Raj and learn the “Family business”. While the first couple months were slow and I was mainly learning the back end of real estate, my sales quickly picked up later half of the year as I gained more confidence and learned from my experience and dedicated myself to learn and improve everyday. In My first year in business I was awarded the Rookie Of The Year Award by LIBussinessNews in 2016, For the #1 agent by transactions in the first year in business. In approximately 10 months I was able to help almost 17 Families move and help them achieve their American dream! Regardless after one year, I gave up all the success and pursed medical school at LMUDOM in Tennessee as that was my life long dream to be a doctor. However when I was there, I was learning the insides of the human body and making life long friends. I always felt something was missing, the ability to help someone achieve their American dream and the rush of making deals and negotiating was something that I kept craving even while in Tennessee! During the day I would do take lectures, got to anatomy lab and study, but at night I would watch real estate shows, and keep my self up to date with the most recent inventory in the market place. It was after a lot of contemplation that one day I got in my car and went for a drive to clear my mind and drove back home to NY on a whim, To purse my career as a Real Estate Agent and a Serial Entrepreneur. While I was still on the fence about the whole move ! My life changed one day when one of my investors I used to work with called me to ask about his portfolio and how he can liquidate his properties! After coming up with a unique marketing plan and several round of interviews and presentations ! I was able to secure 26 listings in one day ! That was the day I decided I will full dedicate myself to this industry and will always strive for greatness and learning all aspects of Real estate! Since early in my career I have always been heavily involved in all aspects of real estate. While many know me has a high profile real estate agent, few realize that I have helped a lot real estate investors + builders get started in Real estate. I have quietly helped a lot of flippers and builders with their portfolio, and have taken a hands on approach with them on Designing spaces, floor plans, and even picking finishes for their builds. Buying and selling real estate my investors have made millions. I have a strong passion for teaching others how to achieve success in real estate and believe that anyone can follow in my footsteps to change their life and financial future through real estate.
