Real estate investment is Jimmy’s passion. He has 14 years sales experience and over 20 years in investment and property management.
When a goal is set, nothing can stop him. One of his goals was to be a Marine but he didn’t want to miss out on a full-time college experience at the same time. As soon as the goal was set, he took summer classes throughout his high-school years. This allowed him to graduate a semester early in order to achieve his goal to join the Marines before college started. In the summer of 1993, he graduated from Marines Boot Camp at Parris Island, SC right before college started at NYU Polytechnic. Jimmy served in the Marines Reserve for 8 years while in college and during the early years of his work career.
His early years of hard work, discipline and great financial planning afforded Jimmy and his beloved wife the ability to purchase their first Brooklyn multi-family rental property in 1999. They still own that brownstone today. He didn’t stop there, Jimmy still continues to invest in real estate in multi-states.
When Jimmy and his wife finished their city life, they moved to Long Island to build their family. Their 2 beautiful children were born and raised in Jericho. Slowly, Jimmy moved most of his RE investments into LI as well. This gives him the luxury of managing work and attending his children’s school events.
Jimmy loves spending time with his family and friends. Traveling and dining out are a few of his favorite pastimes. When he finds time alone he likes to swim, bike and run. Since he loved traveling he also mixed his travel with marathon and triathlon. He has competed in dozens of major marathon and triathlon events throughout the world.

After coming up with a unique marketing plan and several round of interviews and presentations ! I was able to secure 26 listings in one day ! That was the day I decided I will full dedicate myself to this industry and will always strive for greatness and learning all aspects of Real estate!
